Kate Farms: Komplete Ultimate Meal Replacement Shakes

Kate Farms was kind enough to supply me with samples of their Komplete Ultimate Meal Replacement Shakes. The company currently has three flavors: Cocoa Fudge, Vanilla Bliss, and Jav'a Latte. It’s hard to choose my favorite because they were all delish!

These shakes definitely distinguish themselves from other products on the market. Not only are Komplete shakes vegan, but they are also soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free. Komplete shakes are filled with a blend of 21 superfoods: acai berries, acerola berries, basil, bilberry, blueberries, black currant, blue corn, broccoli sprouts, camu camu, choke berry, cinnamon, elderberry, garlic, green coffee, green tea, kale, mangosteen, oregano, raspberry, sweet cherry, and turmeric. Talk about a nutritional powerhouse.

Need a sweet treat? Cocoa Fudge! A morning pick-me-up? Jav'a Latte. A moment of heavenly indulgence? Vanilla Bliss.

While Komplete shakes are kompletely yummy, some people might find the consistency a little odd. Due to the blend of superfoods, the shakes can have a slightly grainy consistency; similar to Nestle Quick chocolate milk when you get to the bottom of your glass. I didn’t have an issue with the texture, but I’m just letting ya know!

Overall, Komplete shakes are a perfect meal replacement or addition. Sipping on a Komplete shake is a great way to ensure you’re getting the nutrition your body needs.
